1. What is The Subscription? The Subscription is a membership-based platform for real estate agents that helps you sell properties faster, for more money, and without the chaos of managing operations.
Our trained project managers visit each property, conduct a strategic analysis, and create a customized value-add plan. You’ll receive two detailed proposal options — a minimalist plan and a premium strategy. Once approved, the manager assembles a fully licensed and insured team of contractors to complete the work. All vendors are vetted and follow our strict quality standards.
You receive a market-ready, premium product — not a to-do list.
2. How much does the subscription cost? We are currently offering a limited-time deal through November 2025:
Starter Plan (1 property/month) — Regular: $199/mo → Now: $19
Professional Plan (3 properties/month + free design consultation) — Regular: $499/mo → Now: $49
Each plan gives you access to the platform, a dedicated project manager, strategic property evaluation, curated contractor teams, and full project oversight. That’s less than the cost of a single cleaning — with results worth thousands.

4. What is paid separately? After the initial evaluation, your manager prepares two estimates: essential and premium. These cover services like cleaning, moving, painting, staging, renovation, etc.
You pay contractors directly based on the agreed budget. You always know:

What it costs
What return it will bring
You approve everything upfront. We charge no commissions — we just manage the process.
5. Who are the platform’s project managers and why are they valuable? Our managers are specially trained in-house and act as real estate strategists. In the traditional market, they’d be called property consultants or investment strategists — typically charging $1,000–$5,000 per project and only oriented for real-estate investors.
With The Subscription, you get this level of expertise for just $19 or $49/month.

7. What if I’m not satisfied with the result? Everything is based on a clear, agreed-upon strategy. You get a roadmap, budget, and forecast before the project starts. Nothing is done blindly. Every step is transparent and pre-approved.
8. Can I use my own contractors? Yes — if they pass verification and agree to follow platform standards. However, our contractors are already vetted, trained, and certified. The manager handles team assembly, saving you time and preventing delays or quality issues. We believe in the principle: quality = value.
9. How involved am I in the process? You participate at two points: at the beginning (strategy selection) and at the end (final approval). Everything in between is handled by our team.
10. How soon can I start? Immediately. A project manager will contact you within 24 hours of subscribing to schedule the first visit.
11. Why is this better than doing everything myself? Because you’ll save dozens of hours, avoid stress, and receive a professional strategy that would otherwise cost 10–20x more. Without The Subscription, you’re stuck in chaos, dealing with multiple contractors, delays, and undervalued listings.
12. What if I have multiple listings? The Professional Plan is made for that. You can submit up to 3 properties/month. We balance the load and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
13. Are there case studies? Yes! Our clients sell for 5-20% more, often in 3-7 days with multiple offers. Buyers are thrilled, and agents return again and again. We'll show examples once you're registered.
14. Is it only for agents, or can investors use it too? It is for real estate agents who represents seller (for now).
15. Are there hidden fees? No. Your subscription is flat-rate. Any project work is budgeted and approved before execution. You’ll see every number — and we take no cuts from contractors.
16. Are payments secure? Absolutely. You can pay with a card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You can also cancel your subscription at anytime.
