We only have what you type into one of the forms on this site:

• Booking a walkthrough: your name, brokerage, mobile, email, the property address, when it lists, whether it is occupied, what it needs, and any notes.
• Joining the monthly offer email: your name, email and brokerage.
• Applying as a vendor: your name, business name, mobile, email, trades, licence number, insurance status, service area, crew size and your answers to our questions.
• Unsubscribing: your email address.

We use it to do what you asked: arrange the walkthrough and quote the work, send the monthly offer email, consider your application, or stop the email. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

A few businesses process this information for us, only to run the services above:

• Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions.
• Google Workspace carries our email, including the copy of each form submission we receive.
• HighLevel (GoHighLevel) is where we keep contact records and from which the monthly offer email is sent.
• Google Analytics measures how the site is used (see below).

We use Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages are read, and know how many forms are sent. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location. It does not receive what you type into our forms. Google processes this data under its privacy policy.

You can block it with your browser’s cookie settings or Google’s opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.

Every monthly offer email has an unsubscribe link, or you can unsubscribe here. Emails about a walkthrough you booked or an application you sent are part of that request, not marketing.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Email admin@thesubscription.com and we will reply. We will not treat you differently for asking.

If what we collect or who handles it changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
