You are not bidding
There is no marketplace here and no race to the bottom. Agents and homeowners cannot browse trades. A manager who has walked the property chooses who goes on the job, and your price is your price.
The homeowner contracts you, and pays you
You sign with the homeowner and invoice the homeowner. Nothing is routed through us, so there is nothing sitting in somebody else’s account waiting to be released to you.
One thread, one manager
Your conversation is with the manager running the job — scheduling, access, scope, snags. You are not in a group chat with the agent and the seller, and you are not relaying through three people to find out whether the house is empty yet.
Your credentials are shown, not buried
Your licence, your certificate of insurance and your bond are on your profile where the homeowner can see them. Keeping them current is on you — expired paperwork takes you out of the booking list until it is renewed, and we will warn you before that happens.
What we look for
Short list.
Houses going on the market work to a date that does not move, so the bar is about reliability more than anything else.
